How much does it cost to plan an event using your tents?
Each tent is priced differently and the cost depends on the number of tents, geographical location, weather conditions, duration / number of nights and the occupancy per tent. It would be ideal to contact us personally or alternative leave your contact details through our communication mediums which ever is convenient and we will arrange to call you back to help you plan in an economical and efficient manner.
From where do the tents ship?
Our tents are shipped from our warehouses are in Rajasthan and Maharashtra and can be shipped any where in India.
Will you conduct site inspections?
Since we have been in this field for last 20 Yrs + we have a fair degree of technical know and lay of the land in various parts of the country however in case we feel during our discussion that an advance visit may be in order we will do so prior to confirming your event.
How do you maintain the temperature in the tent to address the vagaries of nature?
Our tent roofing is also designed to allow for maximum airflow and super efficient natural cooling. Our guests experience can be further enhanced by way of Pedestal fans / Airconditioning / Heating depending on the weather and customer requirements.
Are these tents fire proof?
Our tent canvas and outer roof layers can be treated with fire retardancy. This will help to delay the flame, however, it is imperative to remember that all fabrics will become flammable after being exposed to a flame after a period of time. Safety and prevention are key. It is best to ensure that one has good quality fire extinguishers at all strategic points and ensure that no flammable activity is done in the tents such as Smoking / Hookah / Coal based heating etc.
